#StandUpForHumanRights – Take the Pledge: This year, we are celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). Since the end of World War II, the UDHR has set the fundamental framework for cooperation, justice, and peace among nations and people worldwide. We must continue to strive to uphold the human rights laid out in the UDHR. Thus, in honor of the 70th anniversary of the UDHR, we kindly ask you to take the Human Rights pledge:
*- I will respect your rights regardless of who you are. I will uphold your rights even when I disagree with you.
*- When anyone’s human rights are denied, everyone’s rights are undermined, so I will STAND UP.
*- I will raise my voice. I will take action. I will use my rights to stand up for your rights.
