أنهى مفوّض حقوق الانسان الدولية للشرق الأوسط السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد زيارته مع الوفد المرافق له، عضو المجلس التنفيذي الدكتور محمد قوطة والمستشارة الإعلامية للوكالة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان الدكتورة رحاب عبد الحي، التي دامت ستة أيام الى مصر ونيجيريا لحضور مؤتمر دولي في "أبوجا"، حيث إلتقى عدد من الرسميين والمسؤولين المعنيين في الشأن الحقوقي والاعلامي للإستفادة من الطاقات المهمة.

وأشار السفير خلال المؤتمر وبعد لقائه رسميين في الحقل الحقوقي والأمني أن الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا يعيشان المِحنة ذاتها والخطر نفسه، لذا على الكل الجهات والمؤسسات الأهلية التعاون ضمن خطة تحفظ الشأن الإنساني من حقوق وأمن مجتمعي يكون حافز لتنشيط باقي القطاعات الإقتصادية والإجتماعية وغيرها. 

وختم السفير ابو سعيد جولته بلقاء وزير الحدود المهندس نوموبري ويلز وبحث معه مواضيع متعددة ذات طابع حقوقي وأمني، وقام بتوقيع بروتوكولين في هذا الصدد الذي يُعتبر مدماك أساسي في جوهر الزيارة

The International Human Rights Commissioner for the Middle East, Ambassador Haitham Abu Said, concluded his visit with his accompanying delegation, Executive Council Member Dr. Mohammad Kouta and Media Advisor of the International Agency for Human Rights Dr. Rehab Abdel Hay, in a six days visit to Egypt and Nigeria to attend an international conference in Abuja, Where he met with a number of High Government Official and officials involved in the human rights and media to benefit from the important energies.

The ambassador pointed out that the Middle East and Africa are facing the same crisis and the same danger. Therefore, all parties and civil institutions must cooperate within a plan that preserves human rights and social security, which is an incentive to activate the rest of the economic, social and other sectors.

Ambassador Abu Saeed concluded his tour by meeting the Minister of the Border Engineer, Numoipre Wiles, and discussed with him various topics of a human rights and security nature. He signed two protocols in this regard, which is a key course at the heart of the visit.
