 رأى السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد مدير عام وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان أنه لا يجب أن نعتبر أن ما يحدث في الكيان بين الموساد بشكل خفي وراء التظاهرات الشعبية الموجهة ضد سياسة نتانياهو إلا إجراء في تقاسم سلطان أمنية وسياسية والتي انحصرت بالتعديلات القضائية التي يرغب ائتلاف نتنياهو بتمريرها في اربعة مجالات أساسية، أولها سلطة المحكمة العليا التي تشكل جوهر الخلاف في التعديلات المقترحة.
