  رأى السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد (مدير ورئيس تحرير وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان) أن هناك مسعى تقوم به جهات إقليمية لعقد المؤتمر القمة العربي استثنائياً في دمشق للتعبير عن مكانة عودة دمشق إلى الحضن العربي، وان هناك أيضا مساعي لجهة حقوقية في ذلك حيث تعتبر أن هناك ظلم قانوني حصل مع دمشق في هذا الشأن.وإعتبر الدكتور ابو سعيد أن المسعى القائم ما زال خاضعا لفيتوهات أميركية التي ما زالت تعمل والكيان الاسرائيلي على فرملة الاندفاع العربي في هذا المسار، وهي قد تلجأ إلى عقوبات قاسية بحق الأفراد إذا ما وصل الأمر إلى طريق اللاعودة.وخلال زيارته إلى دمشق الاسبوع الفائت لمس السفير أبو سعيد جدية سورية في طرح كل المسائل القانونية وغيرها من المسائل للتي تعود بالفائدة على الفرد السوري، وقد تأتي هذه التحركات بنتائج إيجابية.__________ 

Ambassador Dr. Haitham Abu Saeed (Director and Editor-in-Chief of the International News Agency for Human Rights) saw that there is an effort by regional parties to hold an exceptional Arab summit conference in Damascus to express the status of Damascus' return to the Arab embrace, and that there are also efforts by a human rights body in this regard, as it considers that There is a legal injustice that took place with Damascus in this regard. 

Dr. Abu Saeed considered that the ongoing effort is still subject to American vetoes, which are still working with the Israeli entity to brake the Arab rush in this path, and it may resort to harsh penalties against individuals if the matter reaches the path of no return. 

During his visit to Damascus last week, Ambassador Abu Saeed sensed Syria's seriousness in raising all legal and other issues that benefit the Syrian individual, and these moves may bring positive results.
