Geneva - The Middle East Commissioner for the International Human Rights Committee, Ambassador Haitham Abu Said, pointed out that there is an Arab state that has purchased the Iron Dome organization from the state of the Israeli entity through intensive interventions arranged by the US President`s advisor Garrett Kouchner. 

Dr. Abu Said said that this particular Arab State does not establish diplomatic cooperation with the Israeli entity, so it is necessary to be aware of the steps and what they symbolize, and their effects on the grassroots level, security and community beliefs.
