رأى الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد (رئيس بعثة المجلس الدولي واللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان إلى الأمم المتحدة في جنيف معتمدتين في الأمم المتحدة إيكوسوك بصفة خاصة) لوكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان أنه وما يمثله ملتزمون بكل القرارات الأممية التي تخرج عن الأمانة العامة ومكتب المفوض السامي لحقوق الإنسان ورئيس لجنة الانتهاكات حول غزة.
وأشار أن المثلث الذهبي الذي أطلقه الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة السيد انطونيو غوتيرش وهي وقف فوري للحرب، فتح الممرات الإنسانية وتحرير الأسرى، بالإضافة إلى مواقف المفوض السامي السيد ڤولكر تورك أن الجرائم من قبل الطرفين يرتقيان لجرائم حرب خطف المدنيين من قبل حماس والإبادة الجماعية من قبل اسرائيل، وأخير ما أشارت إليه السيدة ناڤي بيلاي حول ما خلُصت اللجنة إلى أن عمليات إنفاذ القانون العسكرية المتزايدة التي تقوم بها إسرائيل والهجمات المتكررة التي تشنها إسرائيل على غزة تهدف إلى الحفاظا الى احتلالها غير القانوني المستمر منذ ٥٦ عاماً وثلاث ولايات المعتمدة في عمل لجنة تقصي الحقائق، وعليه سنرسل ونضع أمامها عند أول جلسة تعقدها القاضي بيلاي كل ما هو بجعبتنا من وثائق تعطي المعلومات الشاملة حول ما حصل فيما بات يُعرف بالحرب الخامسة على غزة.
وطالب الدكتور ابو سعيد الدول المعنية مباشرة بالصراع أخذ إجراءات فورية رادعة لوقف النزيف الدموي والقيام بما يلزم لإنهاء الصراع واحترام المقررات الدولية المرعية الشأن.
