ذكّر السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد (رئيس بعثة المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان إلى الأمم المتحدة في جنيف) أنه سيكون هناك متابعة في العدل الدولية لجهة من يقوم بدعم الإرهاب والقتل والإبادة كما أشار إليها في عدد كبير من المقابلات والبيان الصحفية التي أدلى بها، وها هي اليوم المحكمة أمام شكوى إضافية ضد إحدى الدول للمرة الثانية في قضية التحريض والتأييد والدعم لما تقوم به اسرائيل في غزة.
واضاف لوكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان إن تلك الدول لا يمكن أن تفلت من العقاب جنباً إلى جنب مع ما اقترفه اسرائيل، خصوصاً وأن الأمم المتحدة التي لديها عدد من مجموعات العمل ضد العنف والكراهية والتمييز العنصري التي نشارك في معظمها، تخضع لقوانين صارمة في هذا المنحى.
وختم ابو سعيد بالتذكير لتلك الدول أنه من واجباتها أن تحترم القوانين وان تطبقها وان تقلع عن خطاب الكراهية سواء كانت في أحداث غزة أو الحرب الدائرة بين روسيا اوكرانيا أو غيرها من الحروب، مضيفاً أن هناك شكاوى ستحصل تجاه عدد من الجهات التي اعتقد البعض أنها لا تُمس.

Bou-Said concluded by reminding those countries that it is their duty to respect and implement the laws and to refrain from hate speech, whether in the events of Gaza or the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine or other wars, adding that there will be complaints against a number of parties that some believed were untouchable. .
