The Office of the Commissioner of the Middle East for the International Human Rights Commission (Geneva Office) and the President of the International Human Rights News Agency Ambassador Dr. Haitham Abu Said on the impact of statements issued by several parties on the issue of the late Hassan Tawfiq al-Daiqa, who died in Al-Hayat Hospital, To issue a number of misleading data in some of them, to give the concerned parties to follow up this issue to reach the appropriate solutions.

The office pointed out that Ambassador Abu Said said that he will hold key meetings to exit and end the file according to the new data that will be revealed in the next few days in order to adopt a common formula that gives rights holders their rights in accordance with the international standards that Lebanon has committed.

مفوّض اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الانسان يُتابع قضية الضيقة ويطلب تهدئة البيانات المضللة

أعلن مكتب مفوّض الشرق الأوسط للّجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان (مكتب جنيف) ورئيس "وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان) السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد على أثر البيانات التي تصدر من عدة جهات حول قضية المرحوم حسن توفيق الضيقة والذي قضى في مستشفى الحياة، أن تلتزم التهدئة وعدم إصدار بيانات متعددة مضللة في بعضها، لإعطاء الجهات المعنية متابعة هذه القضية للوصول إلى الحلول الملائمة. 

وأشار المكتب أن السفير أبو سعيد أنه قام وسيقوم بلقاءات أساسية من أجل الخروج وإنهاء الملف المذكور عملا بالمعطيات الجديدة التي ستتكشف في الأيام القليلة المقبلة من أجل إعتماد صيغة مشتركة تعطي أصحاب الحقوق حقوقها وفقا للمعايير الدولية التي إلتزم بها لبنان وصرّح معظم المسؤولين المعنيين.
