 ندّدت اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان بالوقف الأميركي الدنيء تجاه المفوّض السامي لمجلس حقوق الإنسان الدولية السيدة ميشال باشوليه من قبل الإدارة الأميركية بشكل مباشر تارةً وبمحاربتها بشكل غير مباشر عن طريق حلفاء أميركا بشكل غير مياشرة لتصوير أن عدم الرضى على أدائها ومقاربتها للملفات الساخنة تأتي من إتجاهات مختلفة.

وفي تصريح لمفوّض الشرق الأوسط للجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان السفير هيثم ابو سعيد أشار أن تلك الألاعيب التي إنتهجتها أميركا وحلفائها باتت مكشوفة للعلن وللقاصي والداني يعلم أن هذا المحور الذي يدعي إحترام مبادىء حقوق الإنسان في العالم هو أوّل منيطعن بقرارات المجلس المتّخذ بشكل ديمقراطي وشفاف، ومبني على وقائع دامغة ومستندات يتمّ التاّكد من مصادرها قبل طرحها في الجلسات العامة لمناقشتها وأخذ القرارات المناسبة ورفعها للجهات المختصّة في الأمم المتحدة للعمل على الإجراءات التنفيذية.

وأضاف السفير ابو سعيد أن من لا يريد تطبيق العدالة فقد خرج أو أُخرِج من المجلس وبالتالي فقد عرّى نفسه في العلن وباتت كل الجهات الدولية تعلم من له أهلية في متابعة الشؤون الإنسانية بشفافية بعيدة عن تسييس الملفات وخصوصاً عندما تأتي تلك الأدلّة لمصلحة معاكسة لحفاء أميركا تقوم الدنيا ولا تقعد.

كما أن الأهلية التي تمتّعت بها المفوّض السامي باشوليه والمفوّضين السابقين لا تشوبها أي إلتباس بالمطلق وقد تمّ تعيينهم بدراية وتأني برغم المحاربة الكبيرة التي شهدتها رئيسة الشيلي السابقة والمفوّض السامي الجديد للمجلس الدولي، وهذا إنُ دلّ على شيء فهذا يعني أنّ الملفت التي تُنجزها السيدة باشوليه قد أحرجت الولايات المتحدة الأميكية إحدى حليفاتها والتي لا تُمسّ وبالتالي فهي خارجة عن المحاسبة الدولية (إسرائيل وغيرها).

وتابع السفير أبو سعيد أنّ ملفات التي رفضت السيدة باشوليه أن تلتزم بالمعايير السياسية الأميركية التي تفتقد إلى الأدلة ولو بالحدّ الأدنى في الشرق الأوسط وغيرها من الدول، لا يمكن إلاّ أن تكون موضع ثقة في المحفل الدولي، سيما أنها ممن تُدافع عن قتل الأبرياء والأطفال في أحداث لمجموعات تكفيرية ودول إرتكبت وترتكب الفظائع بحقهم تقوم الولايات المتحدة بتغطيتهم وتغطية جرائع البشعة بحق الإنسانية وخصاصاً في العراق وسوريا واليمن وفلسطين وليبيا وغيرها من الدول.

وختم السفير ابو سعيد أن فاقد الشيء لا يجوز له أن يتفضّل بالنصح وإسدال الأوامر بهذا الخصوص، سيّما وأن تاريخ الأميركي في الدفاع عن الظالمين تُعدّ ولا تُحصى، والعبرة من التحرك الأميركي ضدّ السيدة باشوليه الذي كان يقضي ثنيها عن الوصول الى موقعها الحالي وانسحاب أميركا من المجلس يعني وبكل صراحة عدم قدرة أميركا إدارة المجلس الدولي لحقوق ووضعه تحت سيطرتها وبذلك تم إسقاط الوهم السائد من عدة أعوام
