وصلت معلومات دقيقة لمكتب مفوّض الشرق الأوسط للّجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد من مكتبه الإقليمي حول مخطط امريكي جديد في العراق في حال صوّت البرلمان العراقي على ضرورة إنسحاب قوات الأميركية من العراق عندها ستسعى لاعادة احتلال الموصل وأجزاء من صلاح الدين من قبل منظمة تكفيرية قديمة جديدة وهي "تنظيم القاعدة بقيادة "حمزة بن لادن" بعد فشل تنظيم داعش من تحقيق ما كانت تريده أميركا في الشرق الأوسط، وما سيناريو وضع جائزة لمن يدلي بمعلومات عن زعيم القاعدة إلا من باب التحضير لتسويق إبن لادن كزعيم قوي وتضخيم حجمه للإستفادة من ذلك.
