أشار مفوض الشرق الأوسط للجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان ومستشارها لشؤون الشرق الأمم المتحدة السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد أن آلية "أنستيكس" بوجود بريطانيا، فرنسا، ألمانيا مشترك وانضمام الدنمارك وفنلندا وهولندا والنرويج وبلجيكا والسويد مؤخراً لهذا الآلية المالية مع إيران، هو إسترجاع وتفعيل الإتفاق النووي الذي أبرمتها الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية مع الدول الغربية.

 

وأضاف السفير ابو سعيد أن الولايات المتحدة الأميركية أخطأت بإنسحابها من الإتفاق بغية تعطيله ووضع إيران في وضعية دولية محرجة، إلا أن حكمة القادة والمسؤولين فيها إستطاعوا أن يحبطوا معظم المحاولات التي أرادت محاصرتها وتعطيل مضمون الإتفاق. 

وختم البيان بالإشارة إلى المظاهرات الأخيرة وخطورة ما أعلنته السلطات الإيرانية من خلايا كانت تريد زعزعة الأمن المجتمعي واستغلال عناوين حقوقية لتمرير المخطط الهدام. 

The Middle East Commissioner of the International Commission on Human Rights and her advisor on the Middle East, Ambassador Dr. Haitham Abu Said, pointed out that the mechanism of "Instix" with the presence of Britain, France, Germany jointly and the recent accession of Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, Belgium and Sweden to this financial mechanism with Iran, is to restore and activate the nuclear agreement Concluded by the Islamic Republic of Iran with Western countries.

Ambassador Abu Saeed added that the United States erred by withdrawing from the agreement in order to disrupt it and put Iran in an embarrassing international situation, but the wisdom of leaders and officials managed to thwart most of the attempts that it wanted to besiege and disrupt the content of the agreement.

The statement concluded by referring to the recent demonstrations and the seriousness of the announced by the Iranian authorities of cells that wanted to destabilize community security and the use of human rights titles to pass the destructive scheme.
