أعلنت اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان أن موقف الذي أطلقه رئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب حول تهديد الدول والأشخاص إذا ما تمّ تحويل ملف عناصر الجيش الأميركي لارتكابهم جرائم في أفغانستان بالإضافة إلى الجيش الإسرائيلي حول جرائمه في فلسطين وسوريا هو أمر مُشين بحق الشرعة الدولية ولا يُعطي جدية بعمل المؤسسات الأميركية وإحترامهم للقانون الدولي.

وفي بيان صدر للجنة الدولية عن مكتب مفوّضها للشرق الأوسط السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد لوكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان حيث أشار إلى أن أميركا وحلفائها هم أكثر الجهات التي خرقت المنظومة الحقوقية الدولية في الشرق الأوسط خصوصاً في سوريا والعراق واليمن. 

وأضاف أن الصرخة والتهديد الذي أطلقه مؤخرا يُشير إلى تخبط وخوف من إجراءات محكمة العدل الدولية ومحاكم أخرى نتحفظ عن إعلانها الآن لدقة الموضوع حول الكيان الإسرائيلي، خصوصا بعد ان نجحنا في إحالة ملف (إسرائيل) في الإستعراض الدوري الشامل الذي إنعقد في ١٨ آذار (مارس) ٢٠١٩ على هامش الدورة الأربعين لمجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، وهذا يشكل رعب حقيقي لأميركا والتي تواجه محاكمة جيشها في المستقبل القريب لجرائمها المرتكبة. هذا وفي تصنيف الحرس الثوري الإيراني ووضعه على لأئحة الإرها هو أمر غير جدي ولا مقومات قانونية له وأتى خدمةً للإنتخابات التي جرت مؤخراً، ولا يمكن صرفه عند الجهات المعنية، منوها بموقف الأوروبي والإيطالي عن الدور الإيجابي الذي يلعبه الحرس الثوري في محاربته للمجم عات الإرهابية في سوريا والذي أدى إلى لجم مفاعيل تلك المجموعات على المستوى الأمن المجتمعي.  

وختم البيان أن أميركا بعد خروجها شكلا من المجلس الدولي كانت أمام خيارات جدية من المقررات التي صدّقت عليها الدول في المجلس بالإجماع إذا دلّت على شيء إنما تدلّ على عدم قبولها القرارات الدولية المبنية على الوقائع الدامغة والتي هي لم تكن لصالح حلفائها.

The International Commission on Human Rights said that the position of President Donald Trump on the threat of states and people if the US military file is diverted to commit crimes in Afghanistan as well as the Israeli army on its crimes in Palestine and Syria is disgraceful to the international law and does not give seriousness to the work of American institutions. In a statement issued by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Ambassador Haytham Abu Said told the International News Agency for Human Rights that the United States and its allies are the most violated bodies in the Middle East, especially Syria, Iraq and Yemen.

He added that the cry and the threat he launched recently indicates confusion and fear of the proceedings of the International Court of Justice and other courts. We reserve the right to refer the issue of Israel to the March 18 Universal Periodic Review, 2019 on the sidelines of the fortieth session of the International Council for Human Rights, and this is a real horror of America and facing the trial of its army in the near future for its crimes committed. The classification of the IRGC and its status on the list of terrorism is not serious and has no legal basis. The service came to the recent elections. It can not be dispensed with by the concerned parties, noting the European and Italian position on the positive role played by the Revolutionary Guard in its fight against the terrorist groups in Syria Which led to curbing the effects of these groups at the level of community security.

The statement concluded that America after its departure from the form of the International Council was in front of serious options of decisions unanimously ratified by the Council in the event that indicated anything but indicate that the acceptance of international resolutions based on the facts of the irrefutable, which were not for the benefit of allies.
