في ظل التجاذبات الدولية حول لقاء بروكسيل الأخير والذي يحمل عنوان "دعم مستقبل سوريا والمنطقة" أشارت اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان أنه للأسف وبعد أن كان ملف عودة النازحين السوريين الى بلدهم ضمن المناطق الآمنة والتي تبلغ حوالة أربعمائة قرية ومدينة في سوريا والتي تستوعب حوالي مليونين نازح، تمّ تجميد المساعي الإنسانية لأسباب سياسية ومصالح شخصية لبعض الجهات الدولية التي سعت دوما لإستغلال الملف الإنساني من أجل تصفية حساباته مع الحكومة السورية. 

وفِي مقابلة مع "وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان" أشار مفوّض اللجنة الدولية في الشرق الأوسط السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد أن إنطلاقة المؤتمر كانت خاطئة لعدم دعوة الدولة المعنية، كما أن الوفد اللبناني كان يفتقر إلى الوزير المعني بالعنوان الذي وضعه القيمون على اللقاء الدولي.

وأشار أبو سعيد أن الموضوع أكبر من حجم ما جرى في بروكسيل خصوصا ما تحيكه الولايات المتحدة الأميركية ومن ورائها "إسرائيل" مما يشير إلى عدم جدية إنهاء المآسي الإنسانية في سوريا من قبل القيمين على لقاء بروكسيل والإصرار على المضي في الصراع والعودة الى دعم تلك المجموعات التي ما زالت تقوم بأعمال قتل للأبرياء وآخر تلك المجازر ما حصل في "الباغوز" ضد الأيزيديين. 

وأضاف مفوّض اللجنة أبو سعيد ان السياسة الخارجية الأميركية تسعى إلى تفجير الوضع الداخلي في لبنان من خلال هذا الملف لتصفية حساباتها مع حزب الله حتى لو أدى هذا الأمر إلى زعزعة الأمن المجتمعي اللبناني، وهي تريد من إبقاء النازحين السوريين والضغط على الحكومة اللبنانية بعدة ملفات بغية توقفها عن إحصاء النازحين وتعريبهم حتى لا تنكشف مجموعات إرهابية ضمن خلايا نائمة ستعمل ضمن أجندة خارجية بعد فشل مشروعها في الداخل السوري، ومن أجل الكف عن مطالبة عودة النازح السوري الى دياره.

ونبه السفير ابو سعيد الى خطورة المعلومات التي تشير إلى تهريب عناصر المجموعات التكفيرية التي خرجت من إدلب وغيرها من المناطق الشمالية الى لبنان بالإضافة الى وجود معلومات سابقة عن خلايا نائمة مما يضع المنطقة بأكملها في فوّهة البركان والتي ستؤدي الى مزيد من قتل الأبرياء. كما أن تعويم ودفع الخوذ البيضاء الى العمل تحت مسمّى إنساني وهي التي فبركت الأفلام الكاذبة في الملفات الحساسة هو خطأ فادح يضع المجتمع والرأي العام الدولي على سكّة التضليل.

Ambassador Abu Saeed warned of the danger of information indicating the smuggling of elements of the Takfiri groups that left Idlib and other northern areas to Lebanon, in addition to previous information about sleeper cells, which places the entire region in the crater, which will lead to more deaths of innocent people. The flotation of white helmets into work under a human name, which fabricated false films in sensitive files, is a grave mistake that puts society and international public opinion on the path of misinformation.
