The International Human Rights Commission declared through a communique of its ME Commissioner Amb. Dr. Haissam Bou-Said receiving the official notification of the approval participation to Observe the National Presidential Election in Nigeria that will be held in February 2019. 

Amb. Bou-Said Office had sent 12 delegates names to the INEC where they will be on February 13 until March 4, 2019 to take place before and after the election. The office also informed the Committee on the needs to be settled for the ease of the delegation
