إستنكرت اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان المجزرة التي ارتكبها أمس الجيش التركي وفصائل الجيش الحر التي تحظى بدعم تركي مباشر من خلال قصف صاروخي يرتكبون مجزرة في مدينة تل رفعت بريف حلب الشمالي، والتي أودت بحياة 9 مدنيين معظمهم أطفال وإصابة 12 آخرين. 

وأشارت اللجنة أن هذا المجزرة البشعة تندرج ضمن الأحداث القائمة في مناطق تحت السيطرة التركية والتي شهدت مجازر عديدة في السابق واستعمالات لأسلحة محظورة وترهيب للمواطنين العزّل. كما أكد مكتب اللجنة في الشرق الأوسط للسفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد أن هناك محاولات عديدة من قبل الولايات المتحدة الأميركية لإبقاء الوضع في سوريا متأزم وآخر المحاولات لها هو زعزعة الوضع الإقتصادي والتضييق على المؤسسات الصناعية الصحية والدوائية، حيث تسعى إلى سحب تراخيص لمصانع أدوية تعمل وتصنع الدواء تحت اشرافها، بالإضافة إلى أزمة النفط الذي ينعكس سلبا على مجمل القطاعات الأخرى.

The International Committee of Human Rights condemned yesterday the massacre perpetrated by the Turkish army and the Free Army factions, which are supported by direct Turkish bombardments committed a massacre in the city of Tal Refaat in the northern countryside of Aleppo, which killed nine civilians, mostly children, and wounded 12 others.   

The commission noted that this heinous massacre is among the events in areas under Turkish control, which has seen many massacres in the past and the use of prohibited weapons and intimidation of unarmed citizens.

The committee's office in the Middle East confirmed to Ambassador Dr. Haitham Abu Said that there are many attempts by the United States to keep the situation in Syria in crisis and the latest attempts to destabilize the economic situation and restrict the health and pharmaceutical industrial institutions, where it seeks to withdraw licenses for pharmaceutical factories operating and manufacturing medicine Under its supervision, in addition to the oil crisis which is reflected negatively on the overall other sectors.
